It can take up to five (5) business days for your cash out request to be processed.
Our cash our process is verified through a combination of manual verifications and algorithms to prevent fraudulent payouts from happening.
Do not be alarmed if you received your cash our request the next day for the first time and then the forth or fifth day the second time around.
We also do not work on the weekends so if you made a cash out request on Friday night or Saturday it does not count as part of the five day time period.
